Age UK ‘The Promenade’, Bridlington have an ongoing Volunteer Recruitment Programme and are looking for people to join their amazing team.
Whether you are unemployed, looking for work, retired and have spare time on your hands, joining the team is a fabulous way to learn and use skills whilst, at the same time, becoming a part of something worthwhile.
Mixing with others is also a good way to alleviate depression and boost confidence and self esteem.
