Ashcourt Homes have recently released preliminary pictures of their new site plan for their Belvedere Parade development in Bridlington on Belvedere road. This is the road which leads up to the park and ride car park near belvedere golf club. With the new homes being built just to the right before you reach the car park. Most of the homes will have sea views

The plans currently show around 20 homes to be built on the site
