HAVE YOU OR YOUR CHILD BEEN ASKED TO SELF-ISOLATE?

HELPFUL ADVICE BY EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL:

Have you or your child been asked to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace, the NHS COVID-19 app, or by their school?🏠
Are you unable to work from home and will lose income by staying at home or to care for your child?
The UK government’s £500 Test and Trace Support Payment is for those on low incomes who have to self-isolate due to COVID-19.

If you think you meet the eligibility criteria, you can apply up to 42 days after the first day of the self-isolation period💻

You may need a payslip, proof of Self-Assessment tax returns, a bank statement, plus you or your child’s Test and Trace account ID, or evidence they’ve been told to self-isolate by their school such as a letter📃
