Bridlingtons first ever Christmas Tree Trail is coming to the area.
A few local people have got together and are hoping to bring the community together and hold a Christmas Tree Trail.
Anyone is invited to decorate a tree, or make your own ‘tree’ and put it outside your house or in a window, somewhere where people walking past can see it
without going onto your property.
This first year the local group are asking you to recycle or re-use items to put on the tree, and try to make it fun or unusual.
They are asking that your trees are up and ready for the 1st day of the trail Dec 5th.
The trail will finish on 28th Dec, but it is up to you when you want to take your tree down after this date.
They will have maps available for everyone who wishes to walk the trail to look at the trees you have all made.
It will be via an app on your phone, or a map that you can collect.
HOW TO REGISTER
If you’d like to show a tree you can email
bridctt@gmail.com
or visit and message their facebook page HERE.
Please tell your neighbours and friends and if they are not on Facebook or the internet
perhaps you could give them their details (with their permission ofcourse) or they can drop a letter into the Town Council offices on Quay Rd by the rail crossing.
Please address your letter to The Bridlington Christmas Tree Trail.
Lets make this a treespectacular event for everyone to join in.
They also have the people at the Hull Christmas tree trail to thank for the help to get this up and running in Bridlington
