Following on from the success of the Christmas & Easter Trails, local group, the ‘Bridlington Street Trails’ have launched their summer ‘Seacrow Trail’. Speaking on Bridlington Gold, Maggie Masters, from ‘Bridlington Street Trails’ said: “We had such a tremendous response, to our Christmas & Easter Trails, that we decided to do a summer ‘Seacrow Trail’. The idea is based on a Scarecrow Festival with a seaside theme. We are asking people to make scarecrows and display them somewhere they can be seen by the public, either in a front garden or window. If anyone doesn’t have anywhere to display a scarecrow, they can still get involved as we can find people to adopt and display their scarecrow for them. The ‘Seacrow Trail’ will take place from the 14th to the 21st of August 2021, but people need to register by the 1st of August 2021, so that ‘Bridlington Street Trails’ can create a location list and tick sheet.”
People wishing to take part in this years ‘Seacrow Trail’ are asked to get in touch via the Facebook group ‘Bridlington Street Trails’ or email them on: bridctt@gmail.com
